Entry Level Facility Engineering Certification

The Entry Level Facility Engineering Certification is a creditable credential serving to verify the holder’s knowledge and working experience in general maintenance and building operations. 

Duties require general maintenance and repairs fixing and maintaining machines, operating mechanical equipment, and buildings systems. Basic skills include light plumbing, light carpentry, light electrical work, air-conditioning and heating systems, among other general tasks.

To be eligible for the Entry Level Facility Engineering Certification an applicant must have accumulated at less than  1000 work hours in building maintenance and operations and successfully pass a Facility Engineering assessment exam.
